Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Klicks Group ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through klicks.group, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Klicks Group is a performance marketing agency. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@klicks.group.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form data - when you submit our contact or "Get Started" form, we receive the information you provide: name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Technical data - like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps, for security and performance purposes.
- Preferences - your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.
5. Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers to operate the site, and they process data only on our behalf:
- Firebase Hosting (Google) - hosts the website and processes standard server logs.
- FormSubmit - relays contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google Workspace - our email provider, where your enquiry is received and stored.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only browser storage we use is a single local-storage entry for your theme preference, which is essential to the site's functionality and contains no personal data.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted in line with our retention practices. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@klicks.group. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
12. Contact
